Testimonials

I had some hesitation around listing titles next to my client's names. These women are so much more than their jobs. They are warm blooded, full hearted mothers, lovers, survivors and artists of life. I suppose I place these titles here to assure you that... although my education has been outside the institutional norm- in the realms of spirit, circle, mentorship and dedicated study through my own sacred path of home and hearth, I have much to offer the trail blazers who are cutting the path of career.

It is my honor to assist any woman who wishes to Come Home to Herself and let her full self be KNOWN.

Children’s Book Author/Illustrator

“Bridgid came highly recommended from a friend. I first approached her for coaching support around parenting, but now I tell people I have an energy coach. Bridgid has an endless variety of tools and skills to help process big emotions and move you through stuck energy. This topic of energy work seems a bit ambiguous, but how that translates in real life is that she supported me through parenting a suicidal teenager, reconnecting with my deceased mother's spirit after 17 years, leaving a 3 year relationship, and manifesting the house of my dreams. No small potatoes in my book. I can't recommend her enough; she is intuitive and her style is unconventional and sometimes confronting, but exactly what I need every time. If you are done with being stuck, Bridgid is the gal that can go right to the source and steer you through your breakthrough.”

"As a client of Bridgid, I am most thankful for the clarity I receive through our weekly conversations, confidence I feel through her excitement & our collaboration on my path, & groundedness she provides by guiding me with practical, simple steps. If you are seeking a coach who is aligned with their own personal power & seeks to uplift yours, in parenting & otherwise, I highly recommend inviting Bridgid into your circle of trusted advisors! "Working with Bridgid has been truly transformative. I’ve realized that my struggles with boundaries and confidence stem from childhood—always feeling like my voice didn’t matter and taking responsibility for other people’s emotions. Through our sessions, I’ve learned to shift these patterns and step into my leadership with clarity. I’ve addressed workplace gossip, gained recognition from my school’s administration for building community, and handled difficult student interactions with authority and ease. The somatic tools and mindset shifts I’ve gained have not only changed the way I navigate work and home life, but have also given me the confidence to trust myself fully. I’m so grateful for this work!"

Carolyn K, MRI Technologist

“Time spent in a session with Bridgid is like doing therapy at warp speed! What we accomplish together in one session is what it would take traditional counseling multiple sessions to even scratch the surface. I used to struggle with boundaries—constantly over-functioning, taking on others’ emotions, and feeling like I had to control everything to stay safe. But through this work, I learned to trust the process, listen to my body, and honor my own energy.

When I was buying a home, my body literally showed me how my need to control was ‘choking’ the process, just like my acid reflux. By working with my energy, I found a sense of flow and ease—and the offer was accepted! Now, I hold healthy boundaries in my home: my sons have the freedom to relax, but they also have responsibilities. I feel confident standing in my role as both a mother and a leader.

At work, I’ve stepped into my power. I no longer get pulled into drama, and my leadership is recognized and respected. I’ve set boundaries with coworkers and students, and my administration sees me as someone who fosters integrity and community.

Most importantly, I trust myself. I’ve broken patterns of overworking, codependency, and burnout. I’ve honored my sobriety for over a year. I’ve ended toxic relationships and redefined what love, partnership, and autonomy mean to me. I no longer abandon myself—I stand firmly in my worth. This work is nothing short of life changing."
